  • Creative flair in strategies, constantly seeking innovative ways to engage audiences and achieve objectives

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth initiatives and country-level marketing strategies, ensuring significant market penetration and user acquisition
  • Organize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize reach and impact
  • Lead product launches in the region, tailoring strategies to meet local needs and preferences
  • Collaborate closely with paid channels to identify new channels to test and scale successful tactics, optimizing for cost-effective customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with local partners, including travel agencies, platforms, and expat groups, to explore innovative avenues for transaction volume growth
  • Work closely with the Organic Social and Influencer marketing teams to drive a strong online presence and increase brand presence in the market
  • Work closely with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and produce comprehensive reports to guide future strategies
