Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Manager for Europe will be responsible for assisting in the management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to improve performance metrics and cost-effectiveness. They will support the development and implementation of SEO strategies, including keyword research and on-page optimization, to enhance organic search rankings and traffic. This role involves collecting and analyzing digital marketing performance data to identify trends and prepare initial reports with actionable insights. Collaboration with content and product marketing teams to create and distribute engaging digital content is expected. The manager will own Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) as a key metric and work to improve paid channel efficiency. Additionally, they will support the execution of event and tradeshow strategies, ensuring consistent brand presence and effective lead capture.
