Requirements

  • ~5 years of experience in growth/marketing, with a track record of owning measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to run and evaluate experiments across multiple growth channels (referral programs, outbound, content, etc.)
  • Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
  • A desire to work in person (most of NYC team comes in every day to Flatiron office)

Responsibilities

  • Own growth across markets, including targets, budget, levers, and results
  • Design and test new GTM motions, including the entire activation media mix
  • Build repeatable campaign playbooks for product launches and feature releases
  • Partner with engineering and onboarding teams to improve conversion funnels and maximize user activation
  • Work closely with the rest of the team and CEO to make investment decisions balancing speed of growth and long-term profitability
