Requirements

Candidates should possess strong experience launching engaging consumer initiatives, particularly in games, interactive apps, collectibles, or web3 consumer products. They should have a deep understanding of crypto and web3 marketing, including experience with NFTs, tokens, and cryptocurrencies, and demonstrate fluency with data, retention curves, and growth loops. Furthermore, they must possess marketing fundamentals, excellent storytelling skills, and a creative bias to action, along with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and exhibit a founder mentality with strong ownership and self-starter qualities.

Responsibilities

The Growth Lead will model, test, and scale growth experiments, build LTV and CAC dashboards, run experiments, and double-down or kill fast based on data. They will boldly introduce growth hacks, spin up gamified loops such as airdrops and staking rewards, and execute full-funnel campaigns across SEO, paid, lifecycle, socials, email, and web3 channels with acquisition and retention targets. Additionally, they will tailor hooks for different user segments, manage a content pipeline, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to align strategies and build experiences.
