Responsibilities

  • Conduct rapid A/B testing and experiments across digital campaigns, product features, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design growth-focused product features
  • Own key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates) and report results regularly
  • Stay on top of growth marketing trends, tools, and tactics, proactively integrating them into strategy
  • Build automation processes to streamline growth experiments and reporting
