The Express Growth Data Science team is seeking a dynamic and versatile data scientist to drive product-led growth for Adobe Express. This role focuses on understanding Adobe Express customers throughout their lifecycle – Acquisition, Engagement, Conversion, and Monetization – with a particular emphasis on Monetization. The ideal candidate will leverage data to inform strategy, measure progress, and uncover new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or a related field (desired)
  • 3-5+ years of direct experience as a Data Analyst
  • Deep understanding of statistics
  • Expertise in building, productizing, maintaining, and improving predictive models
  • Strong proficiency in querying and manipulating data

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic analytics projects and present clearly communicated findings that lead to impactful insights for key partners.
  • Use data from multiple sources to understand customers and their in-product engagement, purchase, and retention patterns.
  • Create compelling data narratives that drive action and uncover new opportunities to elevate the Express product experience.
  • Develop analysis frameworks to enable agile and quick data insights while maintaining insight quality and informing strategy.
  • Partner with all growth functions, Finance, and Go-To-Market organizations to build regular product performance updates with a Product Led Growth lens.
  • Work closely with Product to determine the right strategy for Express Monetization in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports and actionable insights that drive product enhancements.
  • Partner with the enablement and product teams to enable analytics measurement across existing and new features.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to enable self-serve of information.
