Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end inbound marketing campaigns that harness the passion of sports communities to increase trading volumes and product adoption
  • Shape campaign materials with compelling copy writing and engaging visuals together with our internal graphic designers
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns towards new and existing clients, primarily with inbound channels, to maximize ROI through compelling incentives
  • Analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights to refine strategies, improve long-term effectiveness
  • Collaborate with CRM, Data Analytics, Product, and Brand teams to ensure consistency and synergy across all user-facing touchpoints
  • Conduct market and audience research to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities within the sports landscape
  • Document and manage operational processes, including legal review, creative delivery, reward fulfillment, and performance tracking
  • Develop scalable frameworks for sports-driven growth and user engagement
  • Continuously optimize the campaign experience through data-backed experimentation and user feedback
  • Manage internal stakeholder communications and ensure campaign execution is timely, compliant, and aligned with objectives
