Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing people, including senior-level marketers
  • Proven ability to lead critical initiatives and mentor high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; adept at using data to inform decisions
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with experience influencing executive team members
  • Passion for creativity, design, and emerging technologies like generative AI
  • BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic direction of inbound product marketing programs for Firefly tailored to creative professionals
  • Partner with Firefly and flagship app product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on customer insights and cross-app journey opportunities
  • Champion deep understanding of workflows, needs, and aspirations through research, data analysis, and direct engagement
  • Partner closely with outbound PMMs for Creative Professionals segments to co-develop marketing programs that drive awareness and adoption of Firefly
  • Foster a culture of innovation, customer obsession, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Refine Firefly’s value proposition for creative professionals, ensuring it resonates across subject areas and use cases
  • Represent the strategic vision of Firefly for CPros to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
