Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in product management
  • Proven success building platform or full-stack strategies (APIs, SDKs, developer ecosystems) and translating them into customer-facing impact
  • Experience defining standards and driving large-scale adoption across multiple app surfaces
  • Outstanding leadership and collaboration skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities and strong leadership presence, capable of influencing and aligning diverse team members

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers driving platform and collaboration services
  • Provide a cohesive strategy for APIs, SDKs, and UX to boost acceptance among Adobe and external partners
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed platform efficiencies into customer-facing experiences
  • Define Adobe’s enterprise developer strategy and offer clear mentorship on API usage
  • Build seamless onboarding and update processes for internal developer adoption
  • Establish and enforce platform standards, accessibility, and guardrails to ensure consistent outcomes
