Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of pharma and consumer health clients across expert, medical, and consumer communications
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, leading pitches, and expanding client engagements
  • Partner with PMO, Strategy, Creative, and Med+ teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven solutions
  • Coach and develop team members to support high quality delivery and strong client relationships
  • Support the MedComms team in shaping Klick’s market presence by assessing demand and helping define capabilities
