Requirements

  • 10+ years of client service experience in the advertising industry
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising experience
  • Experience managing $8–12M+ in scope and overseeing multiple brands or large accounts
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships at the Director/Senior Director level
  • Strong financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • University degree required; MBA preferred
  • Knowledge of US pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing regulations (desired)
  • Experience contributing to account planning and identifying client growth opportunities (desired)
  • Ability to lead client meetings and clearly communicate feedback to internal teams (desired)
  • Experience creating or reviewing scopes of work with project management partners (desired)
