Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience, along with 1-2+ years of experience in a GRC, risk, or compliance role. Experience with third-party/vendor risk management processes, including due diligence and assessments, is required. Familiarity with creating or maintaining policies, standards, and procedures, along with an understanding of risk assessment methodologies, is necessary. Experience supporting compliance audits like SOC2 by gathering evidence and coordinating with teams is also required, as are strong organizational and excellent verbal and written English language skills.

Responsibilities

The GRC Analyst will conduct and manage third-party risk assessments, including due diligence and ongoing vendor monitoring. They will collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures. This role involves assisting with risk analysis to identify, evaluate, and track organizational risks, and supporting the annual SOC2 audit by gathering evidence, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking findings. The analyst will contribute to the development and maintenance of the GRC program, promote a culture of security and risk awareness, and utilize AI/ML tools to automate tasks and enhance process efficiency. Additionally, they will conduct internal audits of systems and processes.
