Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, similar technical field of study or equivalent experience in a related field
At least 2–15 years programming experience in Graphtalk based systems
Hands on expertise on Batch implementation and optimization
Ability to prepare estimation for new requirements based on User Requirement Documents
Experience in Agile working methodology (a plus)
Excellent debugging and coding skills (desirable)
Experience implementing high-performance, reusable application development
Demonstrate effective communication as a member of a development team, ensuring understanding of both verbal and written material

Responsibilities

Guide and mentor the team
Lead modules to completion
Work with minimal support or independently
Design new solutions and estimate them
Create Business documentation for each business process
Specify, code, test and implement basic programs
Assist in modifying company products and/or customer/internal systems
Assist in resolving basic production support problems
Assist in completing unit testing
Participate in quality assurance activities such as peer reviews
Create appropriate documentation
