Requirements

  • Professional experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer, or Website Designer
  • Digital Designer experience preferred
  • Experience working with high-volume digital channels
  • Experience designing emails and banners incorporating UX/UI requirements
  • Website technical knowledge and experience working with developers
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro), Sketch, and InVision
  • Sound working knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Design requirements for all digital retail media activities
  • Concept, design, and deliver all required digital design communications
  • Develop inspiring creative concepts, design solutions, and art direction that delivers against the brief and results in effective on-brand communication
  • Deliver best practice digital solutions on time and to budget, helping to redefine digital and design standards
  • Social media engagement and follower growth
  • Brand and campaign tracking results
