Requirements

  • Minimum five years’ experience in a creative agency or large brand, ideally within entertainment or media
  • Strong understanding of design, branding, marketing, digital, and consumer journey
  • Experience designing for entertainment or media brands, ideally with retail components
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously with precision
  • Knowledge of and experience with motion design
  • Highly organised creative who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Sharp attention to detail, adept at prioritising deadlines, and switching between brands
  • Passion for design excellence, agility, and artistry
  • Basic understanding of and experience with motion design

Responsibilities

  • Build, adapt, and produce creative for multi-platform campaigns including OOH, On Platform, digital, social, and internal communications
  • Partner with designers to develop fresh concepts for seasonal Disney+ campaigns or localise U.S. style guides for the AUNZ market
  • Participate in ideation and creative performance sessions to refine future campaigns
  • Design polished Keynote and PowerPoint decks for strategy presentations and stakeholder meetings
  • Manage quick-turnaround ad-hoc creative requests with accuracy and brand consistency
  • Concept and deliver creative storytelling for studio theatrical release events, including ticketing, media walls, and immersive activations
  • Collaborate with Content Programming and Design Leads to deliver in-app creative for Disney+
  • Design static and motion digital banners for high-profile marketing campaigns
