Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing for print, e-mail, and web
  • 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with an agency
  • 4+ years of experience and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Ability to submit an online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (4 years of relevant experience + high school diploma or GED)
  • 4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, designing omnichannel campaigns that include print, web, and social media
  • Background in email, print production and knowledge of best practices
  • Meticulous personality, incredible eye for detail, and strict adherence to brand guidelines
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

  • Design digital and print communications to reach our members
  • Manage the creative requirements, including partnering with clients and team members, to refine campaign materials and prepare for implementation
  • Partner with copywriter and/or creative leads to deliver on the brief and adhere to our brand vision and standards while ensuring consistency
  • Package and deliver optimized project files for execution
  • In digital, design, edit and hand off email assets for development primarily using Figma
  • In print, lay out, edit and collaborate with our print vendor to execute a range of direct mail pieces, many of which will leverage variable content
