Requirements

  • Based in Moscow (or ready to move to Moscow with company support)
  • Higher education diploma or enrollment in the final year of a bachelor's/master's program/specialty
  • Good command of English (Pre-Intermediate/A2 or higher level)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at Wildberries and/or Ozon
  • Portfolio is a must
  • Proficiency in graphic software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva)
  • Proficiency in video editors: CapCut/Videoleap (basic level)
  • Experience with 3D (3D Max, Blender)
  • Basic animation skills (After Effects, Adobe Animate, etc.)
  • Extensive experience in creating designs using AI
  • Knowledge of marketplaces’ technical requirements for product card and banner design
  • Ability to create structured technical specifications for all types of content
  • Skills in managing agency and understanding the impact of content on metrics
  • At least 1 year of experience in A/B testing of product cards
  • Knowledge of visual storytelling and understanding of the product perception funnel
  • Creativity, systematic approach to work, and high discipline

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts for advertising materials within the brand book, aimed at increasing conversion from views to purchases
  • Create advertising materials (product cards, banners, rich content, brand zones) using modern technologies
  • Develop an annual content calendar based on brands’ new products, seasonal changes, and the overall social context
  • Test hypotheses - A/B tests for product cards’ visuals: covers, galleries, and descriptions to find the most conversion-efficient creatives
  • Analyze metrics - CTR, CR, and adapt content based on results
  • Build effective processes for creating, testing, and analyzing content on marketplaces to improve efficiency and speed of work
  • Analyze competitors’ content and overall trends in creative approaches in the market
  • Create clear technical specifications for the agency, controlling the quality and timely implementation of tasks
  • Collaborate closely with multifunctional P&G teams and become an integral part of a large team of professionals
