Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer and Electrical Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems, Informatics at an accredited college/university OR completed a bachelor’s degree in another area but finished a technology-focused program, with expected graduation or completion date of December 2025 through Spring 2026 (role starts in early July)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills through coursework, projects, and/or previous internship experience
Strong interest in technology and innovation
Working knowledge of common programming languages (i.e., Java, C#, Javascript, Python, C/C++, Unix, SQL, etc.)
Understanding of agile methodologies (i.e., Scrum, TDD, DevOps)
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new technologies/systems
Responsibilities
Participate in the 27-month Northern Trust Rotational Analyst Program with 3 rotations (9 months each) in Limerick
Perform meaningful assignments in various rotations based on business needs, career interests, goals, and skills
Develop technical skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities
Gain broader perspective and exposure to leadership in different departments within the chosen career track (Technology and Software Development stream)
Contribute to significant products, key IT projects, and initiatives
Develop technical and business knowledge and skills while gaining exposure to leading technology stacks in various software development groups
Attend tech events, monthly speaker series, Learning & Development sessions, comprehensive orientation, social events, and engage with two program mentors and advisors
