Requirements

Candidates should possess prior experience in coordinating operations for a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) or similar roles in the blockchain industry, a good understanding of blockchain technology, Ethereum, and Layer 2 scaling solutions (familiarity with Arbitrum is a plus), strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail, effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for community engagement and coordination, and the ability to work independently, set goals, multi-task, and adapt quickly in a dynamic remote work environment.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Coordinator, you will track progress of work performed by the Arbitrum Foundation in relation to services requested by the ArbitrumDAO, collaborate with other team members and the DAO community to optimize processes, represent the Arbitrum Foundation and facilitate stakeholder discussions and gov calls, work with the Arbitrum Foundation’s community team to amplify governance discussions and proposals to delegates, ensuring awareness, promote community engagement and participation for DAO-related activities, maintain up-to-date records of governance proposals, discussions, votes and decisions, and help the legal team with processes in relation to grant agreements, legal contracts and compliance tasks.
