Responsibilities

As Legal Operations Manager, you will be responsible for serving as the primary systems owner of the contracts lifecycle management (CLM) system, driving systems for legal team tracking including intake funnels and metrics visibility, templatizing recurring agreements, driving AI efficiencies into replicable worktypes, working with Security, Finance, and People functions on centralizing key corporate policies and logging, assisting with billing matters and managing external provider spend, and undertaking other special projects such as maintaining intellectual property trackers, assisting with security audits, drafting internal communications, editing compliance trainings, conducting file management, leading process improvements, implementing legal technology solutions, and procuring data relevant to the legal department's operations.
