Requirements

Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including AI/ML services, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Services, and DevOps automation
Ability to design enterprise-grade cloud architectures using Google Cloud Well-Architected Framework principles
Experience leading complex cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives
Strong skills in architecting scalable, secure, cost-optimized infrastructures, cloud-native applications, microservices, serverless solutions, and integrations
Proficiency in conducting cloud readiness assessments, developing migration roadmaps, and designing disaster recovery, business continuity, and multi-region strategies
Knowledge of establishing cloud governance, security policies, compliance standards, and DevOps practices
Experience in customer engagement, including discovery sessions, technical assessments, solution design workshops, proof-of-concepts, and presenting to C-level executives
Leadership skills to build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams of architects, engineers, and consultants
Ability to drive certification, enablement, and career development programs
Strategic relationship management with customers, Google, ecosystem partners, sales, marketing, and alliance teams

Responsibilities

Scale Google Cloud Practice by defining and executing GTM strategies for Google Cloud services across priority industries and segments
Develop differentiated solution offerings and accelerators aligned to Google Cloud capabilities
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and alliance teams to drive pipeline growth and conversion
Build and nurture strategic relationships with Google and key ecosystem partners
Represent the practice in client engagements, industry forums, and thought leadership initiatives
Build and scale a high-performing Google Cloud delivery team across architecture, engineering, and consulting
Drive certification, enablement, and career development programs to deepen technical expertise
Lead customer discovery sessions, technical assessments, and solution design workshops
Serve as primary technical advisor and trusted consultant for enterprise customers during cloud transformation journeys
Design end-to-end cloud architectures aligning with business objectives and technical requirements
Conduct comprehensive cloud readiness assessments and develop migration roadmaps
Present solution architectures, business cases, and technical recommendations to C-level executives and stakeholders
Lead proof-of-concept development and technical validation exercises with customers
Drive customer adoption of GCP best practices and architectural patterns
Lead complex, multi-workload cloud migration and modernization initiatives
Architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud infrastructures for mission-critical workloads
Oversee implementation of cloud-native applications, microservices architectures, and serverless solutions
Lead integration projects connecting GCP services with existing enterprise systems and third-party applications
Establish cloud governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance standards
Design disaster recovery, business continuity, and multi-region deployment strategies
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including cloud engineers, DevOps specialists, and solution architects
Establish DevOps culture and automation practices within customer organizations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs
Provide strategic guidance on cloud adoption strategies and technology roadmaps
Coordinate with product teams, project managers, and customer stakeholders to ensure success
