Requirements

  • 5~7+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, account management, partner marketing, or product marketing, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or tech industries
  • Strong understanding of the consumer in the digital and gaming ecosystem
  • Proven ability to build and execute go to market plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with Korean and English proficiency as a baseline requirement
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex strategies into clear, professional documentation and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external partners, including executive-level

Responsibilities

  • Advise and influence assigned partners on their GTM strategies by collaborating with the Account Managers to identify key titles, providing education, resources, and tailored approaches while ensuring alignment with both PlayStation and partner goals
  • Serve as a key expert in educating 3P Partners about PlayStation GTM capabilities and best practices providing both high-level guidance and in-depth explanations as appropriate to ensure commercial success on PlayStation and deliver professional presentations in front of key leaders and executives throughout the organization
  • Provide guidance and be a potential first point of partner contact with Global Account Management Team to support the discoverability of 3P content on PlayStation via self-service tools and other platform specific capabilities (i.e. Gamehub, PS Plus, etc.)
  • Own and be accountable for global contractual marketing commitments for assigned accounts. This includes oversight of partnership engagement to ensure effective deal execution, defining and securing SIE marketing commitments, and consolidating go-to market reporting – ATL campaigns, Retail Marketing, PlayStation Store, BTL
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to stay current on PlayStation GTM opportunities (Global Marketing, Store, Portfolio teams, etc.)
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on partner product roadmaps and keep internal stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Work as a collaborative team member within the Partner Commerce Team in establishing and executing Partner plans; understanding market dynamics, shifting consumer demands, and helping adjust title level plans to meet future market needs
  • Provide holistic and actionable reporting on GTM executions to shape future strategies
  • Participate in and support joint business reviews, Monthly/Weekly team meetings, business performance reviews
