Requirements

  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM), particularly Customer Service, Marketing & Sales modules
  • 5-6 years of expertise in MS Dynamics CRM 365 Customer Service, Marketing and Sales, Case Management, Telephony Integration, Omni-Channel Routing, Service Analytics, Sales and Service Process, D365 Marketing features and Automation
  • Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, architecture & landscape, and Power Platform
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and designing
  • Experience across full lifecycle implementations with multiple geographies
  • Ability to participate in pre-sales activities (RFPs, POC, presentations, demos, effort/cost estimation)
  • Knowledge of prevailing trends, financials, and operating drivers across multiple industry segments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as CRM solution consultant and perform hands-on delivery of customer interaction solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Marketing & Sales modules)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering: elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and processes
  • Create detailed process maps and workflows for current and future states, identify bottlenecks, and prepare documentation (business requirements, use cases, user stories)
  • Design and propose solutions with cross-functional teams, including software enhancements, process improvements, and organizational changes
  • Analyze and redesign business processes for optimization, recommend and implement improvements
  • Conduct design sessions, requirement gathering, backlog grooming, create user stories and acceptance criteria, provide demos during sprint reviews, functional testing, solution design, and implementation
  • Lead or be a member of project delivery workstream across phases
  • Provide best practices direction and implement based on MS Dynamics 365 CRM standards
  • Develop innovative, fact-based strategies and operating models after evaluating options
  • Participate in pre-sales activities (RFPs, POC, presentations, demos, effort/cost estimation)
  • Participate in practice-specific initiatives (Point of View, reusable assets, industry research, innovative solutions)
  • Contribute to growing the MS Dynamics practice
