Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in products, communications, life sciences, high-tech, resources, or financial services industry (14-16 years preferred)
  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute or equivalent degree in Business, Strategy, or Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 15 years of education
  • Hands-on experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, leading Sales & Growth Transformation projects across Alco-Bev, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industry
  • Strong understanding of sales, distribution, supply chain, and revenue growth strategies in the alcohol industry
  • Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), and data analytics platforms
  • Strong regulatory knowledge of excise duties, taxation, and compliance frameworks in the Alco-Bev sector
  • Experience working with C-level executives and senior management
  • Experience in setting up and growing teams across skills, geographies, and industries
  • Strong project management and/or leadership skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong client handling, team building, and business development skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environments (offshore and onshore)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Alco Bev functional and technical experts to implement programs and deliver business outcomes
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of Alco Bev transformation programs
  • Build relationships with key client decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor for Alco Bev projects
  • Manage projects to plan, execute, and deliver key deliverables on time, within budget, and with quality (including timelines, resources, and cross-functional coordination)
  • Perform role of Alco Bev industry coach, provide guidance on staffing, and participate in recruitment
  • Support RFPs, proposals, sales efforts, and solutioning to win projects and grow talent
  • Work with teams to develop business cases, strategic assessments, and publish assets/accelerators
  • Help clients drive optimal outcomes and enhance customer experience
  • Facilitate stakeholder involvement and buy-in for change readiness
  • Build networks with stakeholders, team members, and technology teams for long-term relationships and team growth
  • Identify new opportunities, develop solutions, and own proposals end-to-end
  • Contribute to offering development by identifying growth areas related to skills, platforms, and assets
