Requirements

Experience of 2 to 18 years in implementing Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) or other Work and Asset Management products, with end-to-end implementations
Proven track record with lead roles in at least 2 WACS implementation/upgrade engagements
Strong Oracle Utilities consulting experience to drive project solutions and customer engagement
Hands-on WAM/WACS functional expertise in areas such as Asset Register, Asset Maintenance & Inspections, Work Management, Materials Management, GIS Integration, Asset Performance Management, and Asset Investment Planning for electric, gas, or water utilities
Experience integrating WAM/WACS with other applications like Oracle Field Service (OFS) and GIS applications (advantage/good to have)
Ability to understand business requirements, provide solutions for business processes, and recommend innovative solutions for efficiency and cost reduction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead workshops and demos, document business processes, and recommend new methods and automation opportunities
Understanding of fundamentals of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) to guide solution development
Knowledge of other OUAF-based utility products (e.g., SOM, ODM, NMS, SGG, MWM, CCB, OUCSS, OUBI) is a plus
In-depth knowledge of OUAF, database structure, and technical knowledge is a plus
PMP or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certificate is an advantage
Oracle Utilities Certifications in the product suite is an advantage
