Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior business leader, responsible for both GTM and services in enterprise SaaS
  • Enterprise software experience, with a strong track record of closing and implementing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • A CEO mindset—high agency, cross-functional fluency, P&L ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Strong people leadership experience; built and led 10+ person orgs across sales, services, or CS
  • Experience building customer success and delivery functions in a complex B2B environment
  • Deep understanding of how to build and scale partner programs and customer onboarding processes
  • Ability to drive strategy but also roll up your sleeves and build
  • Background in or exposure to legal tech and understanding of law firm operations (strong plus)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sharedo’s growth in the ANZ enterprise legal market via in-region partners
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision to grow revenue and market share in the ANZ enterprise legal segment, in close alignment with Sharedo UK and vLex
  • Build and lead a multi-disciplinary customer success and partnership enablement team
  • Work with partners to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for large law firms (300+ seats), driving awareness, adoption, and momentum
  • Stand up and scale a customer success organisation to support complex software implementations, including team structure and process design
  • Create and manage a partner ecosystem, including system integrators and implementation firms, to accelerate delivery and adoption
  • Collaborate with Sharedo UK, vLex and Clio teams on product strategy, roadmap localisation, and customer feedback loops
  • Lead, manage, and continuously develop all aspects of Sharedo’s ANZ business, reporting to the Sharedo Chief Customer Officer
