Experience working with international clients and sensitivity to different cultural norms
Experience managing multiple client programs, including creating annual plans, setting targets, demonstrating impact, and reporting on progress

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Globalize Post Production Platform strategy for assigned client portfolio, aligned with Globalize strategy, including setting strategy and objectives for organic and inorganic growth
Hold global responsibility for the financial performance, growth, and profitability of the portfolio
Set and monitor KPIs at all points in the delivery process to ensure continuous improvement, optimal performance, and technology at the forefront of offerings
Ensure smooth daily operations across multiple functions and regions
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals
Ensure all operations comply with legal, health, safety, and regulatory requirements
