Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive, globally standardized S2P process performance management framework
Collaboratively define and align key performance indicators (KPIs) with the Global Process Owner (GPO) and Global Process Experts (GPEs)
Establish a clear methodology for KPI target setting, including benchmarking and historical data analysis
Lead process performance reviews and coordinate process improvement activity
Design and implement interactive, real-time process performance dashboards and reports
Conduct analysis of process performance data, identifying trends and root causes of inefficiencies
Develop data-driven recommendations for process optimization
Establish a framework for cross-functional performance alignment
Conduct regular benchmarking of S2P process performance against industry best practices
Build a community of practice to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
Create and maintain a knowledge management system for S2P performance best practices
Improve data governance and quality for S2P performance data
