Responsibilities

  • Define and manage Adyen's presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube with clear editorial direction and consistent voice
  • Own end-to-end execution of posting across global channels, ensuring timely publishing to standard and in line with approvals
  • Lead social-first campaigns for product launches, customer stories, and brand moments
  • Collaborate with Studio, Content, and PR for cohesive, creative, channel-appropriate storytelling
  • Develop and implement organic and social strategies; work with Digital Marketing on paid campaigns to maximize reach and engagement
  • Partner with regional teams to adapt global campaigns for local relevance
  • Collaborate with internal experts and thought leaders to create shareable content with Studio and commercial teams
  • Spot cultural, tech, and business trends; identify timely, relevant content ideas with Studio
  • Support building and nurturing community by engaging with customers, partners, and employees
  • Steer social-first shoots and support Studio on direction and production
  • Capture and curate light, authentic, platform-appropriate social content
  • Report on performance, identify data-driven insights to improve results and uncover opportunities
  • Stay ahead of platform shifts and new formats to remain relevant
