Responsibilities

  • Serve on the Global Entertainment and Celebrity Partnerships Leadership team, inputting into overall functional portfolio planning and ways of working
  • Collaborate with Los Angeles City Marketing and Energy Marketing teams to integrate partners into city plans in impactful ways
  • Collaborate with North America sport leads as a thought partner to understand GEO needs for entertainment and cultural influencers and integrate the portfolio
  • Drive and maintain a powerful network and portfolio of cultural influencers to keep Nike relevant in popular culture and energize the brand
  • Develop mapping for the region, including overarching positioning, strategy, and objectives behind partnerships
  • Serve as a leader and mentor to a team of directors and manager(s) for day-to-day management of external partners
  • In partnership with VP and Product Operations team, drive strategy and oversight of the community space in Los Angeles
  • Develop, in partnership with Global Leadership Team, and carry out the COE’s best practices
  • Input into strategy to build and maintain Nike’s presence in popular culture at the intersection of culture and sport
  • Identify and engage with a portfolio of talent in North America
  • Lead discussions with cross-functional partners to define integration opportunities, positioning, strategic intent, and business-critical components
  • Oversee high-level aspects of projects and partnerships, delivering best-in-class service to external partners
  • Humanize the brand through relationships with influencers moving culture forward, keeping Nike central in popular culture conversations, and energizing business
  • Provide outstanding service and brand management for external relationships
  • Provide thoughtful insights to cross-functional partners for authentic integration into brand plans
  • Drive Nike’s ground game with Energy Marketing partners for traction in influential communities in key cities
