Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on talent attraction and acquisition strategies globally (operating in more than 100 countries)
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to build and execute talent strategies that align with the company's global vision and priorities
  • Lead change management initiatives alongside senior leadership, ensuring that the workforce is adaptable, resilient, and aligned with organizational changes
  • Work closely with hiring managers, offering strategic guidance to support informed talent decisions
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide insights into talent pools and trends
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and talent gaps
  • Ensure a fair, equitable, and innovative approach to attracting top talent
  • Utilize collaborative, data-informed insights to enhance talent strategies, evaluate success metrics, and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to create an agile team environment and enhance candidate experience for global recruitment projects
