Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute KOL Engagement Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to create, update, and maintain a strategic plan for engaging KOLs in alignment with HF Medical Affairs objectives; serve as the primary point of contact for assigned KOLs, ensuring consistent, high-impact engagement that supports business and scientific objectives
  • Track and report KOL engagement outcomes: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of KOL interactions, providing insights to inform future strategy and optimize engagement efforts
  • Drive the Professional Society Engagement Strategy: In partnership with internal stakeholders, develop and implement a strategic plan for engagement with relevant professional societies in the HF space
  • Coordinate cross-functional input for professional societal engagements: Facilitate collaboration across Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Commercial teams to align societal engagement activities with broader organizational goals
  • Monitor and report on societal engagement activities: Track activities, spending, and outcomes related to professional society engagements, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment
