Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy in alignment with the Environmental subdivision goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmap and prioritize features
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for product improvements
  • Develop and implement product marketing plans and campaigns
  • Create product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate value to target audience
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure product success in the market
  • Plan and execute successful product launches, including coordinating with various teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor and measure product performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into future product iterations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders and find solutions to meet their needs
  • Lead and manage the Product Management and Marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support
  • Set goals and KPIs for team members and monitor performance
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Develop and implement training programs to keep team members updated on trends and strategies
  • Oversee the entire product management system for YSI EMS, YSI WQS, and ISS
  • Develop and implement product management policies and procedures
  • Manage a team of product management professionals
  • Ensure product initiatives meet or exceed company objectives
  • Conduct regular audits and review product performance data
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage product documentation
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Report on product performance to senior leadership
