Arrow is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the design and automation of its new models business management system. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions by analyzing requirements, mapping processes, and supporting the development and optimization of core business platforms in collaboration with regional business analysts and key business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for platform solutions.
• Work closely with regional business analysts and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Support platform configuration, customization, and testing activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and enhance platform usability.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to elicit requirements and build consensus.
• Monitor platform usage and performance; provide insights to enhance user adoption and efficiency.
• Create and maintain process maps, user stories, use cases, and other business analysis artifacts related to global new model’s specific processes.
• Assist in managing platform roadmaps and prioritizing feature requests based on business value.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
• Support change management, training, and rollout of new platform features or upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a business analyst, operations analyst, or similar role—ideally in the software, SaaS, or tech industry.
• Familiarity with one or more major business platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics…).
• Strong understanding of business processes in sales and pipeline management, pricing, sales operations, and customer engagement (incl. pricing and customer program management).
• Demonstrated experience in building reports, forecasts, and executive dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Business fluency in English language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA.
• Hands-on experience in system configuration or UAT.
