Demonstrated project management skills are essential, along with clear, empathetic communication and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities. Bonus qualifications include 1+ years of experience working directly with PEOs or in a customer-facing HR, payroll, or benefits role, and familiarity with co-employment structures, payroll tax obligations, and benefits administration.
The Global Payroll Customer Implementation Success Manager will partner with new PEO clients to develop tailored implementation plans covering payroll setup, benefits enrollment, state tax registrations, and HR compliance onboarding. They will own the end-to-end onboarding process, guide clients through Remote’s PEO platform, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions and address specific requirements. Additionally, they will provide client feedback to internal teams for workflow improvements and contribute to the evolution of PEO implementation best practices.
