Experience in a fast-moving environment and familiarity with process/playbook selling methodologies is a plus. A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building a legacy at Deel is essential.
The Global Payroll Account Executive will develop global payroll opportunities in partnership with core Account Executives throughout the MEA region. They will establish strategies for identifying and closing new clients, focusing on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth. The role includes navigating complex organizational structures to engage stakeholders and close deals with C-level executives, particularly in HR, Finance, and Payroll. The Executive will lead sales activities, negotiate contracts, and manage all sales activity and revenue forecasting in Salesforce.
