  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams
  • Ability to design partner program structures, tiering, rules of engagement, and system integrator models
  • Expertise in operationalizing processes like referral fees tracking, AI-powered insights, workflows, and communications
  • Skills in data-driven marketing campaigns, partner intelligence, engagement metrics, and GTM strategies
  • Capability to lead partner enablement, co-marketing, newsletters, and digital-first approaches for Tier 3 partners globally
  • Alignment with Convexity culture and ability to build internal/external relationships rapidly

Responsibilities

  • Immerse in partner ecosystem, audit processes/documentation/communications, identify quick wins, and get hands-on with tech stack within 1 month
  • Build relationships across Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and Finance within 1 month
  • Redesign internal partner enablement hub (documentation, playbooks, GTM materials, co-marketing resources) within 3 months
  • Define partner program rules of engagement, tiering, and system integrator models within 3 months
  • Create and roll out streamlined partnership referral fees process with tracking/reporting within 3 months
  • Deploy AI-powered tools/workflows for real-time partner insights and automated communications within 3 months
  • Launch improved partner newsletter and communication cadence with engagement metrics/feedback within 3 months
  • Automate key workflows (onboarding, content distribution, marketplace updates) within 6 months
  • Launch targeted data-driven marketing campaigns (high-touch/low-touch) to drive engagement and pipeline within 6 months
  • Build comprehensive partner intelligence layer for internal teams within 6 months
  • Partner with Sales/Marketing leadership on joint initiatives for partner-sourced pipeline and customer adoption within 6 months
  • Demonstrate measurable lift in partner engagement and impact on sourcing; launch scalable digital-first approach for Tier 3 partnerships within 6 months
  • Be recognized as key partner for enablement/marketing strategy; lead small-scale partner campaigns end-to-end within 12 months
  • Contribute to partner marketing roadmap and influence growth metrics
  • Scale global partner program into world-class growth platform, focusing on communications, operations, enablement, and marketing motions internally/externally
