Requirements

  • Experience architecting and scaling partner ecosystems in SaaS, at the intersection of marketing, alliances, operations, and growth
  • Ability to design and orchestrate internal and external partnership communications, operations, and scaling
  • Proficiency in structuring partner enablement, marketing motions, and engagement strategies
  • Expertise in harnessing AI agents, automation, and data for partner intelligence, collaboration, and impact
  • Hands-on experience with tech stack including Salesforce, Atlassian tools, Looker, and Dust (or similar)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams
  • Capability to define partner program rules, tiering, system integrator models, referral fee processes, and GTM strategies
  • Skills in deploying AI-powered tools for real-time insights, automating workflows, and driving data-driven campaigns
  • Ability to build and own partner intelligence layers, newsletters, communication cadences, and engagement metrics
  • Experience scaling digital-first approaches for Tier 3 partners and influencing growth metrics
  • Alignment with Convexity culture and ability to immerse in GTM strategies and partner motions quickly

Responsibilities

  • Immerse in partner ecosystem, audit processes/documentation/communications, identify quick wins/priorities (within 1 month)
  • Get hands-on with tech stack, explore AI/automation for engagement/enablement, build cross-functional relationships (within 1 month)
  • Redesign internal partner enablement hub (documentation, playbooks, GTM materials, co-marketing resources) (within 3 months)
  • Define partner program rules of engagement, tiering, system integrator models (within 3 months)
  • Create/roll out streamlined partnership referral fee process with tracking/reporting/optimization (within 3 months)
  • Deploy AI-powered tools/workflows for real-time partner insights and automated communications (within 3 months)
  • Launch improved partner newsletter/communication cadence with engagement metrics/feedback loops (within 3 months)
  • Automate key workflows (onboarding, content distribution, marketplace updates) for operational excellence (within 6 months)
  • Launch targeted data-driven marketing campaigns (high-touch/low-touch) to deepen collaboration/generate pipeline (within 6 months)
  • Build comprehensive partner intelligence layer for faster/smarter internal actions (within 6 months)
  • Partner with Sales/Marketing leadership on joint initiatives to expand partner-sourced pipeline/accelerate adoption (within 6 months)
  • Demonstrate measurable lift in partner engagement and direct sourcing impact; launch scalable digital-first Tier 3 approach (within 6 months)
  • Lead small-scale partner campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision (within 12 months)
  • Contribute to partner marketing roadmap and serve as key partner for Alliances team on enablement/marketing strategy (within 12 months)
