Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven expertise in loyalty programs and digital engagement models
  • Experience in digital commerce and platform monetization strategies
  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, pharma, or another B2B industry environment
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing and platform management, including traffic generation, content strategy, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with tools such as Marketing Automation Marketo and CRM Salesforce.com preferred

Responsibilities

  • Development of business and marketing plans, including value proposition, for assigned digital products/offers/services; involves participation in the evaluation of market research, market positioning, promotions associated with assigned scope
  • Develop and execute global lifecycle marketing strategies, leveraging data insights to increase engagement, loyalty, and share of wallet
  • Manage and market a global digital loyalty platform that delivers tailored clinical and product education
  • Manage marketing and go-to-market for a global digital marketplace that offers applications and adjacent solutions
  • Design and optimize platform offerings, preparing for recurring revenue streams and application-based selling models
  • Drive onboarding and engagement campaigns, using performance analytics to measure impact and continuously improve
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, digital) to align strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Manage external agencies, including building clear and strategic briefings to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Monitor industry trends and customer needs to inform portfolio development and marketing content
