Responsibilities

  • Lead global Installed Base (IB) monitoring and clean-up efforts to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and maintain global IB reporting tools for real-time visibility into IB deviations and trends
  • Define and promote best practices for IB data management across regions and functions
  • Support and monitor software (SW), 3rd party SW, and hardware (HW) IB creation processes globally
  • Identify, initiate, and execute IB data tracking quality initiatives
  • Monitor compliance of regional and channel partner service teams to IB data tracking requirements
  • Partner with engineering and product management to support New Product Introductions (NPIs) and Engineering Change Requests/Orders (ECR/ECO) with IB field dependencies
  • Communicate critical business matters related to IB management to key stakeholders
  • Provide global IB reporting for End-of-Life (EOL) projects and identify/communicate IB-related risks and opportunities
  • Monitor regional and channel partner initiatives for EOL product replacement, follow-up on projects, and ensure IB updates in CRM
  • Collaborate with EOL team to provide IB reporting and regional validation for product lifecycle transitions
  • Partner with commercial and marketing teams to generate leads and opportunities from EOL initiatives
  • Monitor CRM updates for IB impacted by EOL projects
  • Monitor and support IB retirement processes
  • Demonstrate sense of urgency in responding to customers and drive actions through 100% ownership
  • Identify regional exposure to EOL third-party software and hardware for visibility to the Global EOL Team
  • Support installed base management process simplification for efficient program/project execution
  • Support cross-functional and global projects requiring installed base visibility and product layout in CRM
  • Ensure IB reporting follows global standards across all regions
  • Establish and drive collaboration and win-win partnerships with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs
  • Support global regulatory and business reporting needs
  • Lead cross-functional service and CRM efforts to track, make available, and effectively use IB data for strategy development with required quality
  • Establish standard processes, identify technical gaps, and promote PSR concept for temporary and permanent measures
  • Responsible for product installed base management for the SEI (Solutions for Enterprise Imaging) business unit
