  • Knowledge of basic health and welfare programs – medical, life, disability, wellness, time off, etc
  • Data management with HRIS, benefits and payroll information
  • Data auditing, analysis and reporting capability with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage global programs and work cross culturally
  • Microsoft Office skills – intermediate to advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Accenture's benefit programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and work council agreements and ensure that Accenture programs are fully integrated with statutory programs within each country
  • Review, complete and assess business cases for changes to existing programs and/or creation of new programs in countries
  • Assist with development and implementation of global solutions to maximize economies of scale and spending
  • Ensure employees who transfer globally have adequate coverage and develop solutions to solve any gaps
  • Manage the annual update of benefits information and draft summaries for leadership and board material when necessary, using various technologies
  • Develop and maintain a network of pension and benefit contacts within geographies
  • Monitor benefit trends and provide guidance to leadership on direction of programs
  • Identify and lead participation in market surveys
  • Assist with management of other health & welfare and benefits projects (e.g., multinational insurance pooling, analysis of coverage data for outsourcing or merger/acquisitions, senior executive new program design, global broker, benchmarking, technologies, etc.)
  • Identify continuous improvement strategies
  • Develop/refine benefits/pension policies to guide geographic programs design and governance
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration of global SE benefits plans and applicable policies
  • Assist with vendor management
  • Work with Finance, Tax, Legal, HR, Risk Management, Asset Protection, Procurement, and People Mobility teams
  • Manage external relationships: HR Service Providers, Consultants/Brokers, Actuaries, Investment advisors, Insurance Companies, Multinational Pooling Networks
