Responsibilities

  • Gestión integral del Servicio y las Operaciones: coordinar la apertura, cierre y operación del servicio; supervisar herramientas de gestión y cumplimiento de KPIs de servicio y productividad; mantener tiempos de respuesta adecuados y reporting al cliente
  • Gestión económica del contrato: control y seguimiento de la cuenta de explotación, costes, facturación, desviaciones, etc
  • Gestión de Recursos y Compras: planificar y gestionar la compra de materiales, consumibles y equipos; supervisar subcontrataciones y cumplimiento de proveedores; controlar presupuestos y corregir desviaciones
  • Gestión del Personal: asegurar documentación y formación del personal; gestionar altas, bajas, cambios de jornada y relaciones laborales; monitorizar absentismo y desempeño del equipo
  • Mejora Continua y Desarrollo: identificar oportunidades de mejora e impulsar planes de desarrollo, hacer propuestas de optimización del negocio; participar en estudios técnicos y económicos
  • Seguridad y Prevención de Riesgos: colaborar en la gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo; detectar y analizar riesgos de accidentes/incidentes; coordinar reconocimientos médicos y cumplimiento de medidas de seguridad
