Requirements

  • Au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans l’industrie du développement logiciel, dont au moins 4 ans dans des rôles de gestion
  • Expérience en développement agile continu
  • Expérience dans un environnement SaaS, incluant le soutien à la production lors d’incidents critiques
  • Capacité à lire du code, d’en évaluer la qualité et de guider les membres de l’équipe vers les bonnes pratiques et standards de l’industrie
  • Bon niveau de français/anglais
  • Passionné(e) par la montagne, le ski et/ou le plein air
  • Expériences avec les technologies suivantes sont un atout: Java, Spring Boot, Typescript, HTML5; Angular, Material; MongoDB, BigQuery; Kubernetes, Rancher, GCP, Elastic

Responsibilities

  • Diriger, motiver et supporter une équipe performante de développeurs et QA (entre 5 et 8)
  • Soutenir et optimiser le rendement de l’équipe tout en préservant l’autonomie de l’équipe dans un contexte de développement agile
  • Superviser le bon déroulement et la livraison des projets de l’équipe
  • Identifier et développer les compétences et les talents de l’équipe
  • Encadrer et coacher les développeurs plus juniors
  • Participer aux discussions techniques et guider l'équipe afin de prendre des décisions éclairées sur l'architecture et la conception
  • Mener à terme tout autres projets qui vous sont délégués par le directeur du développement
