Requirements

Master's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 7 years in the area of design, technical assistance, and construction of roads and bridges
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
High English proficiency (B2-C1 level)
Geographic availability and willingness to travel
Previous experience in international projects. (Preferred)
Experience in bridge and road construction, earthworks, pavements, foundations. (Preferred)
Experience in concession projects. (Preferred)
Technical support experience from construction companies’ engineering or technical departments. (Preferred)
Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software. (Preferred)
Experience with surveying or structural calculation software. (Preferred)
Willingness to be deployed to an international work site if required. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide technical-constructive support for road and bridge projects in the development of offers and executed works
Engineering of value, alternative studies, and design optimization
Construction methods and heavy auxiliary means for road and bridge construction
Execution plan, programming, and unit performance for road and bridge projects
Specialized technical support for claims or contractual disputes
Technical support to purchases of specialized construction elements and equipment
Assistance to meetings with clients, designers, and subcontractors/specialized suppliers
Potential to join the execution team upon award of a project
