Requirements

  • Experiência mínima de 5 a 10 anos em gestão de equipes de vendas, com histórico comprovado em liderança comercial e atingimento de metas
  • Vivência em Inside Sales e vendas consultivas, preferencialmente em empresas SaaS, tecnologia ou fitness tech
  • Forte capacidade de planejamento, execução e gestão de indicadores de performance (KPIs e OKRs)
  • Habilidade em negociação, relacionamento interpessoal e comunicação com diferentes stakeholders
  • Experiência com CRM (ex: Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) e ferramentas de produtividade
  • Espírito de liderança colaborativa, com foco em formar novos líderes e promover um ambiente engajador
  • Inglês e/ou espanhol são diferenciais
  • Capacidade de atuar com autonomia e colaboração em ambiente remoto e multicultural, dentro do modelo global da ABC (“Remote-first environment”)

Responsibilities

  • Liderar, selecionar, treinar e desenvolver a equipe comercial, promovendo um ambiente de alta performance, colaboração e aprendizado contínuo
  • Desenhar e implementar campanhas, planos e estratégias comerciais voltadas à prospecção e conversão de novos parceiros
  • Acompanhar diariamente os resultados de vendas, assegurando disciplina na execução, análise de performance e correção de rumo sempre que necessário
  • Participar ativamente de negociações estratégicas, garantindo a execução eficaz do funil de vendas e o atingimento das metas
  • Fomentar o aprimoramento técnico e comportamental do time, promovendo role plays, feedbacks e trilhas de desenvolvimento
  • Criar e manter processos estruturados de vendas e CRM, assegurando previsibilidade e controle sobre o pipeline comercial
  • Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de Marketing e Produto para desenvolver iniciativas de co-marketing, geração de leads e programas de incentivo à venda via parceiros
  • Representar a ABC Fitness em eventos e reuniões estratégicas, fortalecendo a presença da marca e o relacionamento com parceiros-chave
  • Garantir a conformidade com as políticas corporativas da ABC (Código de Conduta, Anticorrupção e Confidencialidade), assegurando práticas éticas em todas as negociações
