Candidates must be proficient in performing all training according to the established therapy SOP to become certified specialists in conducting procedures. They should possess the ability to identify market opportunities through analysis and mapping of products, monitor segment trends, and competitor products to anticipate changes and adapt strategies. The role requires collaborative work with market access, marketing, and finance teams to ensure market strategies align with company objectives and patient needs. Identifying training and development needs for new clients, considering strategic planning and field information, is crucial. Visiting existing and potential clients to understand their clinical needs, objectives, and patient care constraints, and establishing creative solutions is necessary. Building and strengthening relationships with the specialized medical community, Key Opinion Leaders, hospitals, payers, distributors, and other stakeholders involved in the decision-making, purchasing, and supply process of the segment's products, while meeting defined goals, is essential. Achieving predetermined company goals successfully and assisting in the preparation of sales/procedure forecasts are required. Participation in scientific congresses and events to identify needs and opportunities, products used by clients, competitor pricing and services, and potential markets is expected. Maintaining company-defined controls and records, preparing activity reports, and managerial information related to market trends using company-determined tools are necessary. Ensuring timely execution of work routines such as Safes Force and Concur is important. Planning and organizing Abbott-sponsored events in their region, in conjunction with the division's clinical specialist, and developing the annual tactical plan for their region are key requirements. Budget control for their region is also a requirement.
