Responsibilities

  • Gestionar las condiciones comerciales, con el fin de maximizar su rentabilidad
  • Establecer objetivos de ingresos mensuales y anuales para analizar las estrategias con mayor rentabilidad
  • Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de comunicación para promover las promociones de programas financieros (landing page institucional, SMS, email, entre otros)
  • Gestionar pagos y facturación con socios comerciales, asegurando el seguimiento oportuno
  • Realizar investigación de mercado y benchmarks de la industria, coordinando estudios de mercado para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y mejores prácticas
  • Mantener y fortalecer relaciones con socios comerciales, generando los mejores planes comerciales para crecimiento y desarrollo continúo
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno del pago de comisiones por parte de socios comerciales, alineado a la normativa y acuerdos vigentes
  • Coordinar la relación y operación táctica con comercios, áreas internas y externas del banco para el correcto funcionamiento de los programas y procesos
  • Detectar áreas de mejora para automatizar procesos y lograr su eficiencia
