  • Share programming expertise across multiple engineering domains and resolve high-complexity issues
  • Choose or build frameworks and libraries to accelerate team velocity
  • Regularly publish knowledge through white papers, architectural documents, or enablement sessions
  • Mentor and coach engineers across teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
