Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred)
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Spanish is a nice to have
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including significant hands-on experience in Generative AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain). Python, Docker, Git, CI/CD methodologies
  • Proven ability to design, build, and optimize AI solutions using techniques to improve GenAI accuracy and performance
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring technical teams
  • Deep understanding of governance, ethical considerations, and risk management for AI applications
  • Familiarity with integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems and workflows
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business transformation through AI
  • Experience in building agents is essential

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions, leveraging tools like Azure OpenAI, vector databases, and related technologies
  • Manage and mentor a small team within the Generative AI Center of Excellence, fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions that add measurable value
  • Develop and implement governance policies to ensure responsible and ethical use of Generative AI technologies
  • Monitor advancements in Generative AI, identifying opportunities for the organization to stay at the forefront of innovation
  • Advocate for best practices in data preparation, vectorization, and AI model training to enhance solution accuracy and scalability
  • Provide strategic guidance and act as a subject matter expert on Generative AI to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
