Responsibilities

Defining the product vision and communicating it to the team
Overseeing all stages of the product development process
Building the product roadmap and product backlog with the team
Accurately and efficiently managing the prioritization of features and user stories
Ensuring user stories are ready for development (supporting documents, wireframes, etc.)
Ensuring each story has the correct acceptance criteria
Working alongside users to understand their needs
Taking responsibility for all stages of the product realization process and monitoring user reaction to new releases
Ensuring business value is achieved from product capabilities
